Your privacy and data control are important to us. If you wish to delete your account and associated personal data from the HunarPath app, please follow the process below.
📌 How to Request Account & Data Deletion
To permanently delete your HunarPath account and all associated data:
Option 1: Request via Email
- Send an email to support@hunarpath.com
- Use the subject line: “Request to Delete My HunarPath Account”
- Include the following details:
- Your full name
- Registered email address or phone number used in the app
- Reason for deletion (optional)
Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and confirm the deletion within 7 working days.
Option 2: In-App (if feature is available)
If the app has a built-in delete option:
- Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
- Your request will be submitted automatically for processing
🔒 What Data Will Be Deleted?
Upon confirmation of your deletion request, we will permanently delete:
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
- Uploaded portfolio, reviews, and feedback
- Wallet balance and transaction history
- KYC details (if submitted)
- Communication history and chats
- Job listings or service records
✅ All personal and usage data will be erased from our servers.
🕒 Data Retention Policy
We do not retain any personal data after account deletion is completed.
- All your data will be permanently deleted within 7 days of confirmation.
- No backups or archived versions will be stored.
- We do not keep any anonymized or analytical data after deletion.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Account deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
- Any remaining wallet balance will also be deleted and is not refundable.
- You will no longer be able to log in or use any HunarPath features.
